The NAMI Connections Recovery Support Group is a peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. NAMI Family Support Group is a peer-led support group for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others in groups are facilitated by trained leaders who’ve been there.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns - or feel free to jump right in to one of our groups! There is no registration required. We are here with you and for you.

This is a space of confidentiality. The conversations shared within these groups must remain within these groups.
NAMI Connection Peer Recovery Group is for Adults 18+ who are experiencing symptoms of mental health condition. family, friends, observers will not be permitted into a NAMI Connection Support Recovery Support Group.
NAMI Family Support Group is for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.
Group Guidelines and Principles of Support are used to guide NAMI Support Groups, and each NAM Support Group will be led by two NAMI-trained facilitators who are either family members or individuals in recovery themselves. These groups are offered free of charge, as are all NAMI Programs.
